For most orders, please allow up to 14 business/working days for delivery but below outlines further specifics surrounding shipping timeframes for different parts of the world. We use this timeframe as a precaution to ensure your order delivers in time, but in most cases orders arrive well before the quoted time frame.

Shipping within Australia
Shipping is not included in the listed prices, as the cost varies greatly due to Australia’s vast size and on your postcode. Your Freeze Yourself order will be delivered wrapped on a custom-sized packaging When you place your order through the Freeze Yourself website, you will be provided an estimate of the shipping costs for your order.
Shipping outside of Australia
Shipping is not included in the listed prices, as the cost varies greatly due to the Country in which you are located. Your Freeze Yourself order will be delivered wrapped on a custom-sized packaging. Shipping Deposit Required
Payment of a deposit of 50% of the total purchase price is required at checkout so we can process your order for manufacturing. This will include the full cost of the shipping price. The remaining amount will be calculated and added to your final invoice which is payable when your order is ready for shipment. The balance of the purchase price must be paid in full before we release your order for shipment.
(If the final shipping price happens to be lower than what you paid at checkout, the difference will be subtracted from your final invoice.)
Curbside delivery only
The shipping company will deliver your order to the front of your property, but they are not authorised to take it inside any premises or set it up. Unfortunately we have no control over this matter, but the Freeze Yourself baths are vary easy to set-up. But never fear, simply grab a friend to give you a hand and you’ll have your Freeze Yourself bath in place in no time! Check out our FAQ page for dimensions, weights and helpful info to ensure you’re ready to go once your Freeze Yourself bath arrives.
Note: We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours once the provided the product is available for shipping, however this may take longer depending on the level of demand. Please be patient with us while we send your tracking details. Shipping times provided are estimates only and are based on working/business days.
