Understanding Bullying
- Explains different forms of bullying (physical, verbal, online) and their impact
- Group discussions on empathy and building supportive peer relationships.

Our 2 to 2.5 hour Freeze Yourself
Our 2 to 2.5 hour Freeze Yourself Anti-Bullying Program and empowerment experience blends physical challenges, cold plunging, mindful reflection and shared wisdom from current and former professional athletes’ stories of resilience, sacrifice, goal setting, determination, failure and achievement are carried into the school environment allowing participants the opportunity to incorporate the learnings of these experiences into their lives.
